Are you ready to make a global impact? As a Recruiter at Unit4, you’ll drive the entire hiring process for key roles across Europe, APAC, and North America. Your mission? To connect top talent with exciting opportunities that align with their aspirations while ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

This is a remote position based in Portugal

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Leaders Worldwide: Partner with hiring managers across diverse regions to understand their unique needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that attract exceptional talent quickly.
• Engage with Global Talent: Proactively source and build relationships with top candidates, connecting their motivations with opportunities. 
• Own the Recruitment Process: Leverage our ATS (SmartRecruiters) to manage every stage of the hiring journey, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and accuracy.
• Be a Team Player: Work closely with key teams like People Advisory, Compensation & Benefits, Employer Branding, and IT to create an outstanding hiring experience across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a full-lifecycle Recruiter in either an agency or in-house environment
• Passion for engaging with people and sharing our energy & love for working at Unit4
• You have a high sense of urgency and ability to thrive in an international fast-paced environment
• An interest / experience in employer branding activities
• You are social media savy and know how to digitally connect and excite others
• You are tech savvy and know your way around systems, tools and applications
• You are fluent in English, spoken and written. Other European languages are a big advantage
