We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience in managing end-to-end hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing screening interviewing and closing candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals social media referrals and talent networks.
- Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate candidate fit (skills experience communication).
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers dashboards and ATS records regularly.
- Drive offer management pre-onboarding communication and documentation.
- Work on volume hiring niche hiring or campus hiring as per business needs.
- Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Support recruitment projects events and process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills (Naukri LinkedIn Boolean search).
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.
- Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and ATS tools.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills
Good to Have
- Experience in volume hiring tech hiring or diversity hiring.
- Knowledge of market intelligence and competitor mapping.
- Experience with recruitment events (walk-ins drives hackathons).
