Job Description

Introduction

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience in managing end-to-end hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Your role and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing screening interviewing and closing candidates.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals social media referrals and talent networks.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate candidate fit (skills experience communication).
  • Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers dashboards and ATS records regularly.
  • Drive offer management pre-onboarding communication and documentation.
  • Work on volume hiring niche hiring or campus hiring as per business needs.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Support recruitment projects events and process improvement initiatives.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing skills (Naukri LinkedIn Boolean search).
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and ATS tools.

Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills

Preferred technical and professional experience

Good to Have

  • Experience in volume hiring tech hiring or diversity hiring.
  • Knowledge of market intelligence and competitor mapping.
  • Experience with recruitment events (walk-ins drives hackathons).
  • Proactive and result-focused
  • Team player with a strong sense of ownership
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
