Contract Recruiter

Our growing Technology client is currently seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their team. The culture has a great start up environment feel, but they have been around and stable for over 5 years!

Location: Remote

Compensation: $24-$27.00/Hour (Based on Experience)

Job Description:

• Ensure Clients hires the best talent in the industry, quickly and efficiently
• Source Candidates via:
  • LinkedIn Outreach
  • Networking Events
  • Job Postings (Indeed, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.)
  • Personal Network
• Screen candidates and lead them through interview process
• Coordinating with Clients leadership on event attendance and employer branding
• Work in our ATS (Greenhouse) to improve visibility and automation in recruiting process
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to ensure recruiting needs are met

• 1-2 year of full cycle recruiting
