Your Impact: 

• Coordinate Interview Process: Manage the end-to-end interview scheduling process for multiple business units globally, ensuring timely and efficient coordination of phone, virtual, panel, and onsite interviews.  

• Ensure Compliance and Documentation: Oversee interview compliance by auditing Employment Agreements, Job Descriptions and Offer Agreements. 

• Build Partnerships: Develop strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot challenges and deliver a positive candidate experience. 

• Operational Excellence: Utilize applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse), Interview Scheduling tool (e.g. Goodtime), and organizational products (e.g., Office 365, Slack) proficiently to maintain accurate records and streamline processes. 

• Project Collaboration: Contribute actively to projects aligned with the strategic vision of the Recruiting Operations team.

Plus Factors:

• Familiarity with Goodtime, Greenhouse, and Outlook preferred.  

• Demonstrated ability to contribute to and lead projects outside the scope of regular coordination responsibilities. 

Compensation:

$ 31/hour USD - $36/ hour USD

The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
