Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to help drive an exceptional candidate experience and support our recruiting efforts.

In this role, you’ll be a key partner to recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates, ensuring a seamless and efficient interview process. You’ll manage scheduling logistics, communicate with candidates, and help optimize recruiting workflows. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is passionate about delivering a best-in-class hiring experience.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones for phone, video, and virtual onsite interviews using ModernLoop (or similar tools).


• Manage candidate communication by serving as the primary point of contact, ensuring timely updates and a smooth experience.


• Support recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers by facilitating interview logistics and ensuring alignment in scheduling.


• Maintain recruiting systems by accurately tracking candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS), Greenhouse.


• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in scheduling and coordination.


• Champion an exceptional candidate experience by representing Airtable’s values and ensuring a professional and welcoming process.

• You have at least one year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a fast-paced startup environment.


• You have experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby) and scheduling tools (e.g., ModernLoop, Prelude).


• You excel at managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and maintaining strong attention to detail.


• You’re a strong communicator, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.


• You’re a team player, eager to collaborate across recruiting, hiring teams, and candidates.


• You’re adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Duration: 12 months


• Start Date: ASAP


• Work Schedule: 40 hrs per week


• Location: Remote - US
