We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent team, supporting Recruiters and hiring managers across our G&A orgs. We is going through a growth cycle to kick off the year, so this is an exciting time to join! This is a contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating interviews with candidates to ensure efficiency in scheduling process
- Scheduling the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
- Maintaining recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring information is up-to-date
- Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status updates to the recruiting team
- Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years experience as a recruiting coordinatorÂ
- Experience using Greenhouse or other ATS platforms
- Excellent communication and organization skills
Nice to haveÂ
- Desire to bring digital assets to the forefront of the global economy
- Experience working in a scrappy and fast paced org
- Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or Blockchain environments

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $30.00-$40.00 per hourly. Equity, an annual performance bonus and the benefits outlined above are also a part of this role's package.
