Recruiting Specialist - Colombia

As a Recruiting Specialist at Truora, you will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and onboarding top-tier talent to support our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, a deep understanding of the Mexican talent landscape, and a passion for building high-performing teams in the SaaS industry.

What you will do:

• Identify and engage with high-performers hrough various channels, including LinkedIn, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with position requirements and company culture.
• Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team's needs, provide regular updates on the recruitment process, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies to maintain a competitive edge in attracting top talent.
• Onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles and alignment with company values.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Mexico, ensuring all recruitment practices align with legal requirements.

What you will need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Recruiting Analyst, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
• Familiarity with Mexican labor laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in English and Spanish.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Tech-savvy with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever) and other recruitment tools.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• A passion for fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
• Willingness to learn of multiple fields and wants to go the extra mile.
