How you will make an impact:Ā 

As a Recruitment Manager, you will lead our Talent Acquisition (TA) team, ensuring high performance, strategic alignment, and accountability across all recruitment efforts. In this role, you will oversee sourcing, recruiting, and hiring processes while guiding the team to achieve hiring goals for leadership and specialized roles within Procare’s client base and internal recruitment needs. Relentless on our commitment to demonstrating grit and exceptional customer service with our clients, you will lead by example and hold the team accountable to this high standard. You will also manage your own book of clients, taking ownership of their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions. Alongside managing daily operations, you will identify process improvements, foster a collaborative team environment, and ensure an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.

What you will need:Ā 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, including leadership or management roles.Ā 
  • Proven ability to lead and hold teams accountable to high-performance standards.Ā 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.Ā 
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.Ā 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS/ATS platforms and CRM systems.Ā 
  • A solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.Ā 
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.Ā
