We value innovation, teamwork, and employee growth, offering rewarding career opportunities for talented professionals.https://greenwayplastic.com/about-us/ Job Responsibilities • Operate recycling equipment (e.g., shredders, washing lines, extrusion pelletizing machines) according to the production schedule, ensuring output and quality standards are met. • Load raw materials, start up, shut down, and monitor machine operations; identify and address any abnormalities in a timely manner. • Perform regular inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of machines to ensure safe and efficient operation. • Follow work instructions and safety regulations strictly, ensuring compliance with quality standards. • Assist the quality control team in sampling and testing recycled materials to ensure physical properties meet requirements. • Maintain accurate production records, including raw material usage, output data, and machine status. • Assist in mold changes, machine adjustments, and production line setup as required. • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications • High school diploma or above; experience in plastic recycling or recycled material production is preferred. • Familiarity with crushing, washing, extrusion, and pelletizing processes is an advantage. • Basic knowledge of mechanical operation and maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot common equipment issues. • Able to work in high-temperature and noisy environments and perform tasks requiring physical strength. • Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to workplace safety. • Willing to work in shifts (two-shift or three-shift rotation).
