• Golisano Restorative Neurology & Rehabilitation Center: As the largest program in the Finger Lakes, our CARF-accredited center delivers comprehensive care for brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, and complex conditions. • Comprehensive Neurology Support: Work closely with RRH’s Comprehensive Stroke Center and other neuroscience programs, ensuring integrated care for complex patients.
• Residency & Faculty Opportunities: Shape the future of PM&R as a leader in our ACGME-accredited residency program with optional faculty appointments.
• Call Schedule Designed for Balance:
• All call is taken with a resident, including weekday night call, typically just one weeknight per rotation.
• Enjoy paid holiday call and weekend call every 1:4 weeks, structured to support work-life balance and avoid burnout.

What Success Looks Like

• Full Time
• Monday – Friday, Days
• Scope of Practice:
• Primary focus on inpatient acute rehabilitation care
• Outpatient care includes MSK, concussion, and general rehabilitation management
• Outcome-Driven Environment: Engage in multidisciplinary treatment strategies designed to maximize patient outcomes and empower independence.

Who We’re Looking For

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R
• NYS Medical License and DEA Certification
