Refrigeration Maintenance Technician (RMT)

Hello out there. All Points Mechanical is searching for an mid - journey level refrigeration technician. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience and some refrigeration technical education would be desirable. More experience is desirable, and will be accepted. If you have commercial boiler experience with steam boilers that would be a huge plus. Also food production, and or beverage manufacturing is also a plus. We are looking for someone with high attention to detail skills, and well rounded mechanical skills and knowledge. Duties • Conduct preventative maintenance service visits to our client base. • Conduct service calls for refrigeration units, walk in coolers, chillers, restaurant equipment, and brewing equipment, and steam boilers. • Utilize mechanical knowledge to design and implement effective solutions for refrigeration challenges. • Use gauge sets, and other refrigeration tools to take measurements. Use multimeter for taking readings on equipment. • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on refrigeration units. • Drive company vehicles to various job sites as required. Qualifications • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. • Familiarity with glycol chiller refrigeration systems is highly desirable. • Experience in plumbing and general mechanical repairs is a plus. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Certification in HVAC/R or related fields is preferred. • Universal CFC license is mandatory. • Experience with electrical Join us in providing top-notch refrigeration solutions while advancing your career in a dynamic environment!
