What You Will Do:

As a (Regional) Associate Manager, Field Service, you will lead a diverse team of Field Technicians in the North Central Region of the US - Southern OH, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and West Virginia- to develop their individual talents while achieving high levels of Technical Service performance in the Instrument Business Unit.

• Lead a regional team of Field Service Technicians with a focus on development and professional growth.
• Manage metrics to measure the growth and performance of the internal team and authorized service providers.
• Champion data analysis to drive insights and decision-making within a rapidly growing business
• Constantly analyze, refine, and iterate on internal processes to make them simpler and more efficient.

What You Need:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 6+ years of relevant work experience required
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience or a combination of other roles with direct or indirect leadership and influence is highly desirable.
• Vendor management experience preferred
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceMax or equivalent ERP/CRM/FSM
