The Controller plays a pivotal role in the organization by acting as a business partner, providing insights based upon monitoring and evaluating performance and strategic projects across nine Service Centers, and collaborating with senior management to make course corrections as needed to meet financial goals.How you will make a difference • Strategic Partnering: Create insight into future performance based on current results. Make recommendations to achieve targets. Create financial models for new ventures. Evaluate key investments and business cases. • Operational Performance: Ensure sales initiatives support growth targets. Protect profitability by ensuring Service Centers meet targets for efficiency and productivity. Maintain Cash Management and TWC improvement initiatives. Reconcile and align reporting for management, legal and tax. • Planning and Management Reporting: Simulate forecast scenarios. Coordinate planning process. Manage reporting to enable decision making and transparency. Ensure compliance.What you should be good at • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex information in easily understood formats. • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
