Regional Director of Marketing and Admissions

We are seeking a strategic and drivenRegional Directorof Marketing and Admissionsto lead census growth across our network of skilled nursing facilities in theJacksonvillemarket. This role is responsible for building and maintaining hospital and physician relationships, overseeing marketing and admissions teams at each building, and ensuring strong, consistent referral pipelines to keep beds filled. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, doctors, and discharge planners. • Drive census growth through strategic outreach and referral development. • Oversee and support building-level marketers and admissions staff. • Monitor and improve admissions processes and conversion rates. • Track and analyze census trends, market activity, and team performance. • Represent the organization in the healthcare community and at key events. Requirements: • 2+ years of business development or admissions experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care. • Proven success in hospital relationship building and census growth. • Strong leadership, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills. • Ability to travel to facilities and referral sources as needed.
