Regional Medical Director - NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health - Brooklyn, New York

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is seeking a Regional Medical Director to lead the Gotham Health Brooklyn Region for NYC Health + Hospitals, the largest public health care system in the country. Opportunity Details:

• Oversight of multiple locations in Brooklyn, NY (travel required)
• Create clinical strategy for ambulatory care transformation
• Integrate and implement evidence-based clinical practices
• Provide direct patient care at a minimum of 2 clinical sessions per week
• Quality analytics, clinical reporting, and risk management
• Assessment of clinical providers
• Finance, budget, and reimbursements
• 70% Administrative and 30% Clinical responsibility

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or equivalent care of specialization
• Masters degree with a specialization in Health Care Administration, Administrative Medicine or in Public Health
• Ten (10) years of full-time clinical experience, including five (5) years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of business and human resources administration principles, faculty practice and finance

Wages and Benefits:

Annual Base Salary: $269,000* based on a 40-hour work week.

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $295,900**, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors:

• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
