Regional Primary Care Physician – No Panel Management, 20 hours/week (min.)

Mass General Brigham is seeking experienced Primary Care physicians to join our Regional Care Team — a unique opportunity offering variety, flexibility, and work-life balance.

The Regional Primary Care Physician will be based at one practice location and provide in-person care for patients within the local Mass General Brigham network whose primary care provider is on leave or transitioning. Rather than managing your own panel, you’ll step into a well-resourced clinic and be supported by our Virtual Care Team, Medical Access Coordinators, Behavioral Health Team, and After-Hours Call Program.

• No Panel Management
• Focus on patient care — ongoing virtual clinic support to ease administrative burden.
• Flexible Scheduling
• Minimum of 20 hours/week.
• Full Benefits at 0.5 FTE
• Includes health, dental, vision, retirement, and CME allowance.

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds
• 3+ years of primary care experience
• Licensed (or eligible) in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire
• Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new settings
• Willing to provide coverage across the Greater Boston area
