Job Description

Title: Regional Supervisor β€’ Location: Austin, TX β€’ Pay: $23 per hour β€’ Employment Type: Full-Time β€’ Must possess a valid level 3 guard card β€’ 50% employer-paid Medical/Dental/Vision and complimentary Life Insurance β€’ 401k program and enhanced insurance offerings such as Critical Care Coverage, Hospital Insurance, Accidental Insurance, and Pet Insurance β€’ Daily pay options are available, get paid as soon as the next day The main responsibilities of the Supervisor are overseeing employees, enforcing policies, ensuring client satisfaction, and developing CGS guards. Supervisors will cover multiple sites throughout the Houston Area and report directly to the Operations Manager, but will also follow any request from other members of management. This position requires the use of a company vehicle. All applicants must be over 21, with a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a DMV background check. We are seeking candidates with at least 3-5 years of supervisory experience and proven leadership experience. Applicants with prior law enforcement or military experience are encouraged to apply! Cascadia Global Security – Audere est Facere (Dare to Do). Roles and responsibilities to include, but not limited to: β€’ Supervisors must keep in mind the CGS’s primary focus is customer service. This entails communicating with internal and external team members to effectively meet their needs. β€’ Supervisors are responsible for the leadership, well-being, training, and if need be, partnering with management for the discipline of the guards/officers they supervise. β€’ Supervisors will need to learn, understand, and enforce company policies and procedures. β€’ Supervisors will work closely with their Operations Manager and Vice President of Operations. β€’ Supervisors will respond in a timely manner to all emails, phone calls, texts, and any other means of communication. Looking for someone who has: β€’ The willingness to learn constantly β€’ Not afraid to ask questions to better the guards, company, or themselves β€’ Strong Leadership skills β€’ Confident with the use of Microsoft Office β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Has the ability to multitask β€’ Good interpersonal skills β€’ Is flexible and possesses quick-thinking skills β€’ The ability to work well with a team while accomplishing personal goals CGS is looking for someone who has real, prior experience in the leadership of several employees. A person who understands what it means to be a supervisor and leads with excitement and by example. Understands the importance of open and professional communication with their direct reports. A person who is willing to learn and ask for help and guidance as needed.
