REGISTERED CLIENT SERVICES ASSOCIATE Summary: To enhance the client experience by servicing clients and providing operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors. Knowledge of firm procedures and technology allows you to interface with clients and follow through to provide exceptional service. Key Tasks: Client service requests Review reports and alerts and process accordingly Financial Planning experience a plus Set-up new accounts and maintain ongoing requirements Prepare client reports and documents for meetings Maintain calendar updates Maintain Client Relationship Management (CRM) Marketing leads follow-up Basic Qualifications: College degree recommended Excellent technology skills Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite and other technologies Details and service oriented; good written and verbal communication skills Good interpersonal skills Required licensing: FINRA 65 or 66; will consider other FINRA licensing 2-4yrs experience in wealth management client services; ability to work with several advisors; must know basics of onboarding a new client and must be flexible to handle multiple projects.
