We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate exceptional patient care skills. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while providing high-quality nursing care to patients across various settings, including acute care, long-term care, and specialized clinics. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing appropriate interventions.

Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on clinical findings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor and document patient progress, including vital signs and response to treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and facility policies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to NCQA standards.
• Assist in emergency situations by performing triage, airway management, and basic life support as needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing.
Qualifications
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the WA state of practice.
• CPR, BLS, and ACLS certification
• Experience in critical care, emergency medicine, or acute care settings preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Familiarity with ICD-9/ICD-10 coding and medical terminology is advantageous.
• Knowledge of aseptic technique, medication administration,phlebotomy, and IV insertion required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
