Registered Nurse – PACE Clinic (Temporary, Potential for Direct Hire) Location:South Los Angeles, CA Pay:$49 – $55 per hour Schedule:Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Type:Temp (5-month assignment with potential for direct-hire) Patient Population:Geriatrics Medica Talent Group is excited to share thistemp opportunityfor an experienced and compassionateRegistered Nurse (RN). We are partnering with a respected managed care organization to support theirPACE clinic in South Los Angeles. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse passionate about geriatric care and committed to improving outcomes in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality nursing care under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor, Director of Nursing, or Chief Nursing Executive. • Provide direct patient care, support evaluations, and carry out nursing interventions. • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, providers, and leadership to meet patient care goals. • Maintain clinical competency in geriatric care and ensure compliance with regulatory documentation standards. • Assist in the development and implementation of efficient, cost-effective clinical protocols. • Ensure all nursing practices align with professional standards, the Code of Conduct, and internal policies.
