Registered Nurse Clinic Manager (Sign-on Bonus) Location:San Diego, CA Job Type:Full-Time-Direct Hire/Perm Placement Salary:$110,000 – $130,000 per year/Annually Travel Required:No Education Level: Registered Nurse (RN) Certification, bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) Benefits: Sign-on bonus, health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, professional development assistance Job Summary P3SG’s client is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Manager who is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, supervising clinical and administrative staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This role supports the Medical Director and collaborates with executive leadership to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and patient experience. • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate medical, administrative, and support personnel. • Coordinate onboarding, training, and ensure ongoing compliance for all clinic staff. • Maintain adherence to regulatory standards including HRSA, FTCA, OSHA, HIPAA, and PCMH. • Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives and support Uniform Data System (UDS) reporting. • Monitor patient satisfaction, address concerns, and foster a culture of service excellence. • Manage equipment and supply maintenance using the IssueTrak system to ensure functionality and availability. • Act as Recall Coordinator, overseeing responses to medication and supply recalls. • Assist with budget oversight, expense tracking, and payroll coordination. • Ensure clinic readiness for audits, site visits, and accreditation reviews. • Promote team-based care and a collaborative, patient-centered work environment. Required Qualifications: • Graduate of an accredited nursing program • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, or a related field (master’s degree preferred) • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare management experience in a clinical or community health setting • Proven experience supervising clinical teams and administrative staff • Strong working knowledge of FQHC operations, Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) standards, HRSA UDS reporting, and FTCA compliance Preferred: • Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) EHR system Skills: • Demonstrated leadership with strong communication, team building, and conflict resolution capabilities • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Additional Requirements: • Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through hands-on training (online-only certifications not accepted) • Consent to annual background checks and for-cause drug screening to ensure a safe and compliant workplace • Remain up to date with all required renewals, including professional licenses, certifications, physical exams, TB testing, and mandatory training • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed Equal Opportunity Statement: P3SG and our Client is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
