Registered Nurse - House Supervisor

Our schedule: 4 days working, 2 days off, in a repeating cycle Qualifications • CurrentRegistered Nurse (RN) license in California. • Proven experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred. • Strong knowledge of internal medicine and triage processes. • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and team members. • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. • Compassionate attitude towards geriatric patients with a focus on their dignity and comfort. Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed. • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as necessary based on their needs. • Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices. • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and outcomes. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care standards. • Assist in training and mentoring nursing staff and students. Environmental conditions:Inside work, normal temperatures, some noise, occasional fumes/odors, chemical exposure and potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
