Prime IV Hydration & Wellness, located in Jacksonville, FL is a rapidly growing medical spa that specializes in IV hydration and injection therapy. Our IV Hydration Spa is seeking full-time and part-time RNs with recent and extensive IV therapy experience to join our team as our IV Infusion Specialists. Duties and Responsibilities– Including but not limited to: • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and review medical history, which may include consulting our MD when necessary • Providing patient consultations to inform and guide them regarding treatment options, wellness practices, and post-treatment care to optimize their overall well-being • Develop and maintain wellness plans to promote membership sales and additional services • Checking vitals and preparing clients for IV treatment, including obtaining vascular access • Compounding custom IV bags in a USP 797-compliant environment • Monitoring clients during IV treatments and ensuring their comfort • Administering IM injections • Maintain accurate documentation: Complete patient records, treatment plans, and any other required documentation accurately and promptly. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations • Maintain compliance with established protocols and best practices • Assisting with maintaining a clean, well-stocked spa at all times • Providing back-up for reception, appointments, and customer service • Collaborating with management to develop promotional strategies and engaging content • Always maintaining a professional, courteous and personable environment Qualifications • IV experience (strongly preferred) • Sales experience (preferred) • Leadership experience (preferred) Licenses/Certifications • RN license (required) • BLS Certification (required) Spa Hours: Monday and Wednesday - Friday: 10am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday: 10am - 4pm Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Compensation:$28-$32 hourly, plus tips Benefits • Commissions and Bonus Opportunities • Employee Discount • Flexible Schedule Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour Benefits: • Employee discount • Flexible schedule Physical Setting: • Med spa Supplemental Pay: • Bonus opportunities • Overtime pay Work Location: In person
