Shifts:12-Hour Night Shifts
Base Salary:$80,000 – $156,000 USD

Position Summary:
We are seeking skilled and compassionateRegistered Nursesto join ourLevel IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)in Seattle. This is a high-acuity unit supporting some of the most critically ill newborns. The ideal candidates will have at least one full year of post-graduate NICU experience, preferably within a Level IV facility. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering advanced, family-centered care in a state-of-the-art environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver expert, compassionate nursing care to neonates in a Level IV NICU setting.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other specialists to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and monitor patients per physician orders and clinical best practices.
• Provide emotional support and education to families during hospitalization.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Respond promptly to emergencies using advanced critical care techniques.
• Follow hospital protocols and evidence-based guidelines to ensure patient safety and quality care.
Required Qualifications:
• Graduation from anaccredited nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse Licensein the state of Washington (or eligible to obtain).
• Basic Life Support (BLS)Certification from theAmerican Heart Association(upon hire).
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)Certification from theAmerican Academy of Pediatrics(upon hire).
• Minimum 1 year of full-time NICU nursing experience(must be post-graduation; clinical rotations or residency programs do not qualify).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in aLevel IV NICUsetting.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and patient advocacy.
