Compensation:USD $80,000 – $156,000 annually
Overview
We are seeking experiencedRegistered Nursesto join ourLevel IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)in Seattle. This role provides specialized care for critically ill newborns in a high-acuity setting. The ideal candidate will haveat least 1 year of NICU experienceat a Level IV facility and be passionate about providing exceptional care to neonates and their families.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care to neonates in a Level IV NICU.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate care with the NICU team.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with hospital protocols.
• Participate in family education, support, and counseling regarding neonatal care and treatment.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse Licenseupon hire.
• National Provider BLScertification – American Heart Association.
• National Provider NRPcertification – American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
• Minimum 1 year of full-time NICU nursing experienceat a Level IV NICU (post-graduation; clinical rotations do not count).

• Must be committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced neonatal environment.
