$5,000 Bonus for Full Time (12 month guarantee required) Registered Nurse (RN) Shifts Available: 12hr Shift: 7pm-7am (every other weekend) TheRegistered Nurse (RN):provides direct patient care as prescribed by the physician and treatment team; provides medical management and assessment of patients; ensures environmental safety and crisis management for the patient population; directs the implementation of behavior management programs and ensure consistent carry-through; makes patient & task assignments to subordinates & monitor their performance of duties; provides training & education to staff, patients, families, & others; documents patient care, ensure that data is accurate, & that it is included in the master treatment plan via timely nursing care plan updates; works with the treatment team to provide a consistently therapeutic milieu.
