Registered Nurse (RN) – Crocker Care Campus Location:Downtown Los Angeles (Skid Row) Job Type:Full-Time, Direct-Hire Schedule:40 hours/week (8-hour shifts, multiple schedules available — weekend availability preferred) Salary Range:$90,063 – $101,898 annually Worksite:On-site About the Role: Join a mission-driven team at our adult residential SUD treatment facility and wellness center in Skid Row. As a Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver direct care, provide clinical oversight, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to serve unhoused individuals with complex medical and behavioral health needs. This is a full-time, hands-on nursing role in a harm reduction, trauma-informed setting. Key Responsibilities: • Provide low-barrier, nonjudgmental nursing care in a harm-reduction environment • Perform assessments, triage, wound care, med reconciliation, phlebotomy, and care coordination • Administer medications and respond to patient health needs, including overdose interventions • Educate patients on health, safety, and risk reduction strategies (e.g., Narcan use) • Collaborate with providers, social workers, and case managers to support wellness and recovery • Supervise Medical Assistants and assist with onboarding and training • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinical protocols Ideal Candidate: • Current CA RN license + BLS (CPR) from the American Heart Association • 3+ years of nursing experience (community health or vulnerable populations preferred) • Passion for working with unhoused individuals in non-traditional settings • Comfortable providing care in drop-in spaces, outdoors, or community environments • Strong communication skills and cultural humility • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred Schedules Available: • 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. • 3:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. • 11:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. Benefits (30+ hours/week): • Medical, Dental, Vision + HSA contributions • Monthly allowance for health premium assistance • PTO, sick time, and 13 paid holidays • 401(k) with employer contributions • Life insurance, STD/LTD, mileage reimbursement, and more Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $90,000.00 - $101,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Medical Specialty: • Addiction Medicine • Primary Care Physical Setting: • Clinic • Outpatient Work Location: In person
