About the Job
We are seeking a compassionateRegistered Nurse (RN)eager to enter the fertility space. Prior fertility experience is not required — what matters most is yourwomen’s health background and your passion to grow into fertility care. You will work directly with patients pursuing their dream of building a family, gaining specialized training in reproductive endocrinology while delivering empathetic, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care and support during fertility treatments.
• Conduct health assessments and communicate results effectively.
• Administer medications and injections safely and competently.
• Educate patients about procedures and help guide them emotionally through treatment.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver individualized care.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development.
Qualifications
Required:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (Compact State License preferred).
• Experience in women’s health (Ob/Gyn background highly valued).
• IV insertion and injection competency.
• ACLS Certification.
• Excellent communication skills and compassionate bedside manner.
Preferred but not required:
• Pre-Op and Post-Op experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.
• Prior fertility exposure (not required — training provided).
• Most important:A genuine interest in building a long-term career in fertility care.
