Registered Nurse (RN) II (ICU) *$10K Sign-On Bonus*

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) II to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in critical care nursing, demonstrating exceptional patient care skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with severe and life-threatening conditions, ensuring their safety and comfort during their hospital stay. • $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available for Full Time • Day & Night Shift Available - 12 hr. shifts- overtime is paid after 8 hours • $50.65-$74.47 per hour • Must have work authorization to work in the U.S. Duties • Assess and monitor patients' vital signs and medical history to provide comprehensive care. • Administer medications, IV insertion, and treatments as prescribed by physicians. • Perform gastric lavage and other critical interventions as necessary. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment options and recovery processes. • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies. • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge of physiology related to critical care. • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures within the ICU environment. Requirements • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. • Previous experience in an ICU or critical care setting is preferred. • ACLS and BLS Certificates required. • Vent Certification Nurse Training, CEFM Electric Fetal Monitor, PALS, Fetal Advanced Fetal Monitoring, NPR Neonatal Resuscitation, and MAB Tier III all preferred.
