Administer Medications & Treatments– Provide medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety. Monitor Patient Health– Record and monitor patients’ vital signs and overall health status. Provide Education– Educate patients and families about care plans, treatments, and health management. Maintain Accurate Records– Document patient care, treatments, and any changes in condition according to facility policies. Respond to Medical Emergencies– Handle any medical emergencies promptly and professionally. Qualifications: Current RN or LPN License– Must be active and in good standing. CPR & ACLS Certification. Strong Clinical Assessment & Critical Thinking Skills. Compassionate, Patient-Focused Care. Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills. Ability to Work in a Team-Oriented Environment.
