Responsibilities • Administer medications and IV infusions as prescribed by physicians. • Conduct thorough patient assessments to monitor health status and identify needs. • Implement care plans tailored to individual patient requirements. • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations. • Assist with sterile processing and ensure adherence to safety protocols. • Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health management. Requirements • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and nursing best practices. • Experience with IV infusion and patient assessment is essential. • Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team. • Compassionate attitude towards patient care with excellent communication skills.
