As a Relationship Operations Manager at Flipster

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Relationship Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading crypto derivatives exchange. You will support user engagement manage relationships and oversee agency collaborations in Vietnam. This role fosters user satisfaction manages community interactions and ensures smooth operations aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain a high level of satisfaction.

• Monitor and manage communication channels like Telegram and Discord to build an engaged community.

• Gather and analyze user feedback working with internal teams to drive improvements in services and products.

• Oversee and manage agencies to ensure alignment with company goals effective execution of campaigns and consistent performance delivery.

• Demonstrate a client-service-oriented mindset with existing clients understanding and addressing client needs while fostering positive relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing external agencies or vendor relationships.

• Strong familiarity with platforms such as Telegram and Discord.

• Good understanding of the crypto industry and the Vietnamese market.

• Flexibility to work non-standard hours to support when needed.

• A deep understanding of the local region and a proven ability to navigate its unique market dynamics.

• Exceptional multitasking skills and the capacity to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English both written and verbal.

• A solid understanding of the crypto industry and trading principles.
