STAND OUT PROJECT
Crescent Builds did a house lift where we raised the house 12 feet into the air via steel beams. We took out the existing foundation and dug a new one to create a new sunken garage and first floor. The operation involved large-scale equipment to move tons of earth to clear and prepare the site. We lowered the house back onto its new foundation smoothly, and just in time, as one week later an earthquake hit the area!
