Residential Remodeling Project Manager Traver Construction – Dallas, TX Full-time Lead high-end residential remodeling projects with a company built on trust, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction. Traver Construction is seeking an experiencedResidential Remodeling Project Managerwith4–7 yearsof hands-on project management experience in residential construction. You’ll take ownership of multiple complex remodeling projects—managing them from permits to final walkthroughs—while ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to our high standards. What You’ll Do • Oversee all phases of residential remodeling projects from start to finish. • Create and manage detailed project schedules inBuilderTrend or JobTread, updating daily logs with notes and photos. • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries to keep projects on track. • Conduct daily site visits to monitor safety, cleanliness, and craftsmanship. • Proactively identify and resolve challenges before they affect timelines or budgets. • Review subcontractor bids and material quotes for accuracy and cost control. • Manage change orders, client approvals, and budget updates. • Maintain transparent, professional communication with homeowners, trade partners, and design staff. • Ensure all work meets or exceeds Traver Construction’s quality standards. What We’re Looking For • Experience:4–7 years in residential remodeling or construction project management. • Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and construction documents. • Strong leadership and decision-making skills. • Proficiency with construction management software (BuilderTrend or JobTread, preferred). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget. • Commitment to safety, site cleanliness, and high-quality workmanship. • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work on-site daily.
