Latona School Associates(LSA) at the John Stanford International School in Seattle's Wallingford neighborhood is seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focusedCustomer Service Representativeto join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat while maintaining professionalism and empathy in every interaction. You will work collaboratively with team members to ensure customers receive timely and accurate assistance. Our ideal candidate is a clear communicator, organized, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a collaborative remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction & Support: • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex concerns to supervisors when necessary. • Maintain a positive and professional tone in all communications. Team Collaboration & Reporting: • Communicate regularly with the team and supervisor regarding customer feedback, technical issues, and process improvements. • Participate in virtual meetings, training sessions, and team events. • Support team goals by contributing to a positive, collaborative work culture. Administrative & Technical Tasks: • Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM systems. • Follow established procedures for data entry, issue tracking, and resolution. • Maintain confidentiality of all customer and company information. Qualifications: • Previous experience incustomer service, call center, or client supportroles preferred. • Excellent communication and active listening skills. • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. • Comfortable using technology, including CRM systems, email, and chat platforms. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
