What You'll Bring:

• Estudiante de termino, tecnólogo o profesional en Ingeniería de Sistema o Industrial
• Conocimientos de tecnologías Rest
• Inglés preferible nivel básico o medio (no indispensable)
• Capacidad para realizar análisis lógicos y críticos, buena comunicación verbal y escrita, ser proactivo
• Deseable conocimientos Python, SQL, programación Java, C#
• Deseable experiencia mínima de 1 año
• Deseable experiencia en atención a clientes

Impact You'll Make:

Este puesto es responsable de atender los hallazgos reportados por los clientes en las etapas del UAT y estabilización post producción, documentarlos y de ser necesario, escalarlos a las diferentes áreas internas de Transunion.

• Analizar y dar respuestas y/o claridad sobre los hallazgos reportados por los clientes en las etapas del UAT y estabilización post producción
• Escalar posibles fallas a los diversos actores internos
• Completar la documentación necesaria sobre el trabajo realizado

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
