The ideal candidate will be familiar with assessment reporting in K-12 education, have strong analytical skills, enjoy working within a team setting, and consulting with clients. Key responsibilities will include requirements documentation, report configuration/implementation, and data analysis.
Responsibilities
• Create and maintain technical documentation to include business requirements documents, use cases, requirements traceability matrices, business cases, and functional specification documents
• Document and maintain client’s assessment report requirements
• Populate report templates to configure assessment reports within the reporting platform
• Author data verification scripts for use by quality assurance team members
• Act as a valued liaison between business, project management, quality assurance, and technical teams
• Participate in daily scrum meetings, sprint planning sessions, and backlog grooming
• Support QA efforts as needed
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in educational measurement, quantitative psychology/psychometrics, or other data science related field
• Background check required
• This is a Hybrid position in San Antonio, TX. Team members are required to be in-office at least once per week.

• Experience working with K-12 assessment data a plus
• Experience with R, Python, and/or SAS
• Familiarity with MongoDB and Azure DataBricks
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong workflow analysis skills and the ability to identify customer needs, analyze them against available solutions, and identify gaps
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication and writing skills
• Must be self-motivated and be able to accomplish deliverables with minimal supervision and direction
