Researcher / Project Manager

On behalf of our client - an international market research institute based in Hamburg and support clients from various industries in their market research efforts from start to finish: from conception to data collection to in-depth analysis., Starkflow is looking for a Researcher / Project Managerl with experience in the market research industry.
Your Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze online surveys.
• Perform statistical analysis of quantitative data using Excel and R/SPSS.
• Support the development of new approaches to optimize data collection and analysis.
• Provide comprehensive client consultation based on your market research expertise and serve as their main point of contact.
• Develop methodologically sound research designs based on client needs and objectives.
• Handle national and international client inquiries, create tailored proposals, and proactively suggest additional services to enhance client value.
• Prepare insightful reports and present data in a way that offers clients high value and actionable insights.

Your Profile

• A completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Social Sciences, Computer Science, Psychology) or comparable qualification.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in a relevant position.
• Excellent knowledge of quantitative methods in empirical social research, with experience in tools like Python, R, and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical thinking combined with exceptional client and service orientation.
• Creativity and innovative thinking to develop tailored solutions for specific client needs.
• Ideally, experience with online survey tools; familiarity with LimeSurvey and Keyingress is a plus.
• Team-oriented, highly organized, and reliable.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Flexibility, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
