Residental Cleaner

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services while ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. • Manage housekeeping tasks effectively to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained. • Execute custodial duties such as waste disposal, restroom cleaning, and replenishing supplies. • Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are fresh and clean for use. • Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing surfaces to uphold a pristine appearance. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally. • Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Skills • Proficiency in commercial cleaning techniques and equipment operation. • Experience in housekeeping management is preferred but not required. • Strong understanding of custodial practices in both residential and hotel settings. • Ability to launder items effectively while maintaining quality standards. • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. • Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members. • A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
