Residential Cleaner

Overview We are seeking an experienced and detailed cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving to different cleaning jobs at houses, rental houses, or small commercial spaces. You will be responsible for bringing your own cleaning supplies and tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong cleaning skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to manage various cleaning tasks efficiently. We are a company of high standards, and every clean must be completed thoroughly. Responsibilities • Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. • Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing various types of flooring. • Handle extra services that may be requested by clients, such as cleaning inside of ovens, refrigerator, dish washer, etc. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit, and doing a walk through with the client once a clean is finished. If they aren't there, you must send photos to us when finished. • Maintain cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all areas are sanitized effectively. • Manage cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly to ensure safety and efficiency. • Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness across all properties. Requirements • Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. • Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques. • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with various cleaning tools and equipment is preferred. • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality work. • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.
