Residential / Commercial Plumber

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. • Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems. • Assemble and install valves, fittings, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools. • Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems. • Perform heavy lifting as needed to transport materials and equipment. • Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters to ensure integrated project completion. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements • Proven experience as a plumber or in a related field. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks. • Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material requirements. • Ability to read blueprints accurately. • Commercial driving experience is a plus for transporting materials to job sites. • Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and team members.
