WHO WE ARE
We are team of a top notch realtor, a general contractor, a home stager and investors that are managing several home renovation projects in a fairly shortly window of time. We have 3-4 different properties in the La Grange area that we seek to finish by October and are hiring and subcontracting immediately.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a skilled and experiencedConstruction Supervisor/Crew Leadto lead our construction projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. This is a hands-on position that combines leadership and labor. You’ll be expected to manage job sites, coordinate with subcontractors and assist with a wide range of residential construction tasks. YOU will set the example for the other subs at the job site and showcase how to be efficient, provide a quality construction product, and manage time effectively. You will supervise the crew, productivity and work product and will participate on all projects in a hands-on way.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while adhering to safety regulations. You will also set the tone for the rest of the crew and set an example of the work ethic we expect on site.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily activities at the jobsite of general laborers and other tradespersons
• Coordinate schedules and work with subcontractors and suppliers to stay on schedule
• Perform rough and finish carpentry, includingframing, trim work, doors, and window installs to a high standard
• Handlelight electrical and plumbing tasksas needed
• Assist withtile work, drywall, and other interior finishes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Communicate with clients and project managers as needed
Requirements:
• 3+ years of construction or remodeling experience with a portfolio of projects you can share with us (basic photos will work to start)
• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor/Crew Lead or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry
• Strong carpentry and handyman skills (and strong problem solving skills)
• Ability to work independently and lead by example
• Knowledge of safety protocols and building codes
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Basic tools preferred (but not required)
• Strong knowledge of quality control measures and construction best practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Bonus Skills (BUT Not Required):
• Experience with reading blueprints and drawings
• Bilingual (English/Spanish/Polish)
• Previous leadership or project management experience

Pay: $37.00 - $48.00 per hour
