This role involves rough-in and finish plumbing work for remodels and custom homes. We value craftsmanship, teamwork, and long-term stability. And we don't work nights or weekends! Compensation & Benefits • $45-$55 per hour, based on experience • Paid health, dental, and vision insurance (100% employer-paid for employees) • 401(k) retirement plan • 8 paid holidays • Annual holiday bonus • Company-provided truck (potential for take-home use) Schedule • Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM • No nights, weekends, or on-call work Responsibilities • Install and rough-in plumbing systems for remodels and custom builds • Work with high-end fixtures and premium materials • Interpret blueprints and collaborate with other trades • Ensure compliance with codes and company quality standards • Maintain safe, organized job sites • Drive a company vehicle to job sites across Seattle and the North End Qualifications • Washington Journeyman license (or equivalent) • 5+ years of plumbing experience preferred • Experience with residential remodels and custom projects • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated • Ability to commute to Seattle and surrounding North End areas About Quality Plumbing Since 1978, Quality Plumbing has provided residential plumbing services across Seattle.
