Residential Construction Project Manager

3BLC is a Seattle based, employee owned residential remodeling company dedicated to delivering projects that are socially, financially and environmentally sustainable. We're a growing company of dedicated individuals that are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a desk-based Construction Project Manager, capable of supervising a range of residential construction projects of various size from start to finish and have an intimate understanding of construction means and methods to ensure quality control is utmost. You will have experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously, a clear track record of successful development of project budgets, specifications, and schedules and demonstrate how you have delivered projects on time, on budget and to your clients delight. Ideally, you will have delivered green building projects and can demonstrate your understanding of the effect construction has on climate change and what we can do about it. You possess a positive, delivery and client focused outlook. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, be approachable yet firm when necessary; be able to build a solid team around you and get the best out of people.
