Residential Electrical Lead

Job Summary: We are looking for a dependable and experienced Multifamily Electrical Lead to take charge of day-to-day electrical installation tasks and help lead crews on residential multifamily construction projects. This role requires strong hands-on electrical skills, the ability to read plans, and experience guiding teams to ensure high-quality, code-compliant electrical work. The ideal candidate takes initiative, communicates effectively, and works well in a fast-paced job site environment. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and work alongside a crew of electricians and apprentices on multifamily residential projects · Interpret and work from blueprints, electrical schematics, and project drawings · Install conduit, wiring, outlets, light fixtures, service panels, and switchgear · Ensure installations are performed to code (NEC/local) and project specifications · Perform quality control checks and flag any safety or compliance concerns · Communicate clearly with supervisors, general contractors, and other trades on-site Requirements: · 5+ years of electrical experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role · Prior experience in multifamily construction is strongly preferred · Valid electrical license or journeyman certification (as required by state/local law) · Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams · Knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes · Reliable transportation and basic personal hand tools · OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred · Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to manage a crew Benefits: · Top pay!
