Residential Electrician 02

Job Overview Background- New company here, est. January 2025. Its just me (Cameron), and my brother (Tyler) and our other, newer guy (Slater). We just parted ways with our other guy (Erick). I am fully licenced as an 01 electrician and an 01 admin. My brother is very skilled as well. We are young (28yo, 26yo, 24yo) and chill dudes to work with. We move fast and efficiently. We have high standards for work performance, but we have patience as well. If you stick around as we grow, you will be at "founding member" status, and will receive special treatment (higher tools budget, nicer van, preferred jobs etc.) This journeyman position- We need a Skilled and licensed person to be at our larger jobs to remain in ratio, and control every element of the job before, during and after. Making material lists, to do lists, scheduling timelines, and offering thorough communication to all potential, current, and past clients. We need someone who can instill trust in our clients so that they choose our company every time. You will receive a custom outfitted (previously a "Kemly" van) Ford e-250 van to take home. You will be dispatched throughout the week, in advance, through our online platform. Duties • Be a badass electrician and manger. • Honest and relentless communication with customers, team members, and me Requirements • Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role within the construction or industrial sector. • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage applications. • Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics. • Familiarity with residential construction and materials (drywall, paint, framing). • Ability to work independently or with an apprentice. • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Valid electrician's license or certification is preferred. • Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as required.
