Residential Electrician

aResidential Electrician Team Enoch is looking to fill the position as a Residential Electrician in the Houston surrounding metro area. The primary responsibility for this position is to independently run service calls for all electrical-related requests. This position is not for a commercial or industrial electrician. Apprentice Electrician Benefits: • Pay: $16-22/hr, depending on experience • Full-time employment year round • 10 paid holidays + 2 weeks PTO + health insurance • Company apparel • Taking the work vehicle to house instead of meeting at the office each morning • Growth opportunities and performance-based bonuses available to all This job is ideal for someone who is: • Dependable - reliably showing up to work on time each day • Prepared - able to supply own hand tools and properly use other equipment provided • Capable - showing knowledge in residential electrical/wiring principles and work in accordance to national and local codes • Responsible - able to take ownership over work while not blaming others or making excuses • Efficient - able to solve problems, think quickly, and fulfill daily commitments on schedule • Teachable - willingness to learn and accept/give feedback for purposes of growing individually and as a company • Licensed - apprentice electrician • Respectful of company, coworkers and customers **A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE IS REQUIRED** Responsibilities for Apprentice Electrician include, but are not limited to: • Troubleshoot electrical issues and resolve • Replacement or installation of ceiling fans, recessed can lights, light fixtures, switches, and outlets • Installation of whole house surge protector • Installation of car charging devices • Installation of new dedicated 120v/220v circuits • Replacement or installation of new service (meter base, service wires, electrical panels) • Installation of CAT5e/CAT6 • Installation of generator interlock kits and whole-house generators Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Vision insurance Compensation Package: • Bonus opportunities Schedule: • 10 hour shift • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday • On call • Overtime • Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
