Residential Electrician Helper / electrician

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented residential Electrician - Electrical helpers for rough-in to join our team. In this role, you will lead - support electricians in various tasks related to electrical installations. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of residential electrical rough-in and be eager to learn and grow within the field. This position is essential for ensuring that electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to NEC code.Must have your own hand tools. Responsibilities • Assist electricians - helpers in installing, new electrical systems in residential, rough-in. • Utilize tools such as hand tools and power tools to perform tasks effectively. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements. • Support 120v - 220v wiring installations under the supervision of licensed electricians. • Follow the National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines to ensure compliance with safety standards. • Help with frame carpentry tasks related to electrical installations as needed. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored. • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met. • Be able to work in a fast paced environment Experience • Previous experience in residential electrical work is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. • Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints is a plus. • Basic knowledge of low voltage, 120v, and 220v systems is advantageous. • Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively is necessary. • Understanding of NEC standards will be beneficial for candidates looking to advance in their careers as electricians. • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well within a team are critical for success in this role.
