Position Standard Requirements include, but not limited to: · Be able to arrive on time and execute daily tasks as scheduled without direct oversight. · Perform assigned tasks with precision and excellence. · Knowledge of protection for finishes before necessary. · Able to keep a jobsite clean at all times. · Ability to operate heavy equipment; telehandler, skid steer, mini-ex, etc. · Willingness to work beyond an eight-hour day and able to work Saturdays for site coverage. · Dust control activities and reporting.
