Residential House Cleaner

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently. Responsibilities • Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. • Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, polishing, and maintaining various types of flooring. • Launder linens and other fabrics as needed, ensuring they are clean and fresh for client use. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session. • Manage housekeeping tasks effectively to ensure all areas are clean and organized. • Conduct commercial cleaning duties in offices or facilities as required, adhering to safety protocols. • Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages to management. • Follow established procedures for sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas. Requirements • Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred but not mandatory. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing time efficiently. • Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods. • A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
